A credit card may be kept securely on file to be used for any insurance co-pays, self-pay fees and supplement purchases.
Mediator Release Test (MRT)
For clients with insurance coverage of at least 3 nutrition
appointments. Can include virtual appointments if covered by your insurance.
MRT is not covered by insurance, however you can use your HSA or FSA
account to pay for it.

MRT+LEAP Basic Nutrition Package
Includes test, 3 nutrition appointments (initial + 2 follow-ups) and
light email/phone support between visits to get you started on the road to
recovery with LEAP.
For clients without insurance coverage for nutrition appointments.
Includes clients who don't live near Dallas and need to meet
virtually or by phone.

MRT+LEAP Preferred Nutrition Package
Includes test, 5 nutrition appointments (initial + 4 follow-ups) and
light email/phone support between visits to guide you through the LEAP diet,
and ensure your success and lasting relief.

Includes clients who don't live near Dallas and need to meet
virtually or by phone
